Hello love! I am implementing a cancellation policy to ensure my time and services are respected while continuing to provide the best experience possible for all of my clients. I kindly ask that you take a moment to review the policy below. I completely understand that true emergencies happen. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible, communication is always appreciated as soon as possible. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: - No-shows, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, will result in 100% of the scheduled service fee. - Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in 30% of the scheduled service fee, as this time is often unable to be filled and impacts other clients. - Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance from the appointment are free. Note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment MAY need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
